Project / Business Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: AXIS Automation is growing! We are looking to add a Business / Project Coordinator to our management team. This position is an entry level position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while producing accurate and detailed documentation. Exceptional administrative skills are required and a background in manufacturing processes is a plus!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project & Task Management: Assist with project tracking, manage deliverables, and ensure timelines are consistently met.
• Meeting & Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute notes, and track action items to maintain accountability.
• Data & Reporting: Compile management reports, analyze data to identify trends, and maintain accurate records or databases.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Facilitate communication across different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or Associate’s in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• 5-years related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, databases and Internet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presence and demeanor
• Attention to details and deadlines are essential
• Flexibility and desire to contribute when and where needed
• Excellent organizational skills
• Capable of prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with manufacturing processes

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Experience in the food processing or automation industries

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment
• Requires the use of PPE in manufacturing areas
