Join our growing metal fabrication team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Metal Shop Helper to assist with daily shop operations and support welders, fabricators, and machine operators.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with material handling and shop cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Load, unload, and move steel and metal products
• Help with cutting, grinding, deburring, and basic fabrication tasks
• Support production and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous shop, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
