Maintenance Mechanic / Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are hiring immediately for Maintenance Mechanics / Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Salisbury, NC. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, production equipment repair, and manufacturing equipment maintenance.

Pay & Schedule

• 
  Pay: $19-$26 per hour, based on experience and shift

  Full-Time

  Location: Salisbury, NC

  On-site position
  

Shift Options:

• 
  1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  
• 
  2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  
  • 
    Training will be completed on 1st Shift
    

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities

• 
  Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
  
• 
  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment and mechanical systems
  
• 
  Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment
  
• 
  Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and required documentation
  
• 
  Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
  
• 
  Identify equipment issues and help reduce production downtime
  
• 
  Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
  
• 
  Follow all company safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policies
  

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma or GED required
  
• 
  1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
  
• 
  Experience working with manufacturing equipment, production machinery, or industrial mechanical systems
  
• 
  Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  
• 
  Preventive maintenance experience preferred
  
• 
  Knowledge of conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, bearings, or gearboxes is a plus
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
  
• 
  Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
