Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are hiring a Production Worker 1st & 2nd Shift to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures
- Assemble products according to instruction
- Box and palletize product for shipping
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
- Label boxes and pallets according to shipping manifests
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields strongly preferred
- Understanding of basic assembly
- Ability to handle physical workload and standing for long periods
- Ability to adapt in different areas of the facility as needed
