Robotic Polisher (2nd Shift)

Aegis is seeking a Robotic Polisher to join our client's organization in Milwaukee, WI. This position is on 2nd shift (2 pm-12 am) Monday-Thursday, OFF on Fridays!

The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience as a polisher of buffer
• Prior manufacturing industry experience
• Experience working on multiple robots at once
• Experience installing, monitoring, and replacing abrasive belts and buff wheels.
• Experience with polishing & buffing programs – loading them into the machines including physical changeover of the parts and pieces.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and diagnosis of programs and mechanical issues.
• Experience with liquid and solid buffing compounds.
• Visual inspection experience – inspecting products, reading measurements, monitoring equipment and any defects in the parts & pieces.

Nice to have:

• Additional years of experience
• Experience working on Fanuc Robotics tools
• Wastewater industry experience/Faucets of similar parts and pieces worked on prior.
• Additional schooling experience.
