WHY BEHAVIORSPAN IS DIFFERENT

We know every ABA company claims to be different. Here is what actually sets us apart:

  • Small caseloads (up to 12 clients) so you can deliver the quality of care you were trained to provide

  • Our specialized clinical model graduates clients faster than the industry average

  • Restrain Free care — we do not use restraints or punishment

  • Democratic decision-making: every BCBA can submit Proposals for Change that drive real progress

  • Structured teamwork between the BCBA team and Clinical Director — you are never working in a silo

  • Leadership is local, in-person, and working alongside the team every day

  • Low BCBA and RBT turnover — staff retention is our top organizational priority

  • We stay ahead of the field: current workshops, assessments, and materials are standard practice, not an afterthought

  • Our Promise: we are upfront about every benefit listed here. No hidden requirements, no exaggerations.

THE BCBA LEVEL 1 ROLE

As a BCBA Level 1, you are focused on direct client outcomes and mastering BehaviorSpan’s clinical protocols. You’ll carry a caseload of up to 9 clients, meet a 30-hour weekly billable target, and work closely with your supervising BCBA (Level 2) and Clinical Director.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Clinical programming and case management for your assigned caseload

  • Conduct VB-MAPP fidelity and maintain up-to-date SOPs for your cases

  • Lead RBT Competency Assessments and remediation as needed

  • Conduct disciplinary investigations with the Center Lead for supervised RBTs

  • Adhere to all BehaviorSpan Standard Operating Procedures

  • Contribute additional billable hours as assigned to support organizational goals
