Position Summary
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment on conveyor belt systems and production lines. This role serves as a liaison between production associates and the Production Lead, helping ensure daily production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machinery and conveyor belt systems
• Ensure products are processed, packaged, and completed according to production schedules
• Communicate production updates and issues to the Production Lead
• Assist with coordinating workflow and maintaining line efficiency
• Monitor product quality and identify production concerns
• Perform equipment checks and report mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements
• Assist with training and guiding production associates as needed
• Support production goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience required
• Experience in a food manufacturing or food production environment strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize production needs
• Comfortable working around conveyor belts, machinery, and production equipment
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
