Compensation: $150,000–$300,000+ per year

Roof It Forward is hiring a Sales Manager to help grow the Nashville, TN market.

This is a field-based roofing sales role for someone who can sell, lead from the front, and help build a team as the market grows. You will be generating business through door knocking, canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads while helping homeowners through the roofing and restoration process.

This role is a strong fit for someone with outside sales experience in roofing, restoration, construction, home services, insurance restoration, solar, pest control, or another field sales environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, using a CRM, closing business, and leading by example.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door knocking, canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
• Meet with homeowners and guide them through the roofing and restoration process
• Inspect properties, including climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
• Manage jobs from first contact through completion
• Use Salesforce to track leads, activity, customer communication, and performance
• Identify target areas and help coordinate daily canvassing plans
• Recruit, train, coach, and support future sales representatives as the market grows
• Work closely with leadership, production, and operations teams
• Represent Roof It Forward professionally in the Nashville market

What We’re Looking For

• Door knocking or canvassing experience
• Outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, restoration, construction, home services, insurance restoration, solar, pest control, or security sales
• Ability to manage jobs from start to finish
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Leadership mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Comfortable using Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around roofing job sites
• Professional, ethical, and customer-first approach
