Production Supervisor - Electrical

Our client, a leader in electrical manufacturing, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production and assembly staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Location: Sussex, WI 

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

What’s the Job?

• Lead daily production operations for electrical control panel assembly while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
• Set and communicate production goals and monitor progress from start through shipment
• Drive on-time delivery performance and maintain a high level of customer service
• Train, coach, and develop production staff to ensure strong team performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering and operations leadership

What’s Needed?

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in electrical manufacturing, preferably control panel assembly
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, UL508A, or similar quality/electrical standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
