Electrical Assembler - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading electrical manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting control panel assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler 

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $28 - $38/hr 

What’s the Job?

• Assemble electrical control panels efficiently according to company standards and assembly instructions
• Layout and mount components, including drilling, tapping, and cutting sub-panels and enclosures
• Wire assembled components using schematics and/or wire lists
• Follow quality standards and ensure accuracy in all assembly work
• Support team operations, including assisting with training other assemblers as needed

What’s Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical field
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and basic schematics
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Familiarity with quality procedures, including ISO9001 standards preferred
