This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not temp or contract).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered therapy to individuals recovering from serious illness, injury, or surgery, focusing on regaining independence.
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic interventions to improve functional mobility and cognitive skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in order to ensure patient progress and success
Educate patient and their families on adaptive equipment, safety techniques, and home exercises

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required, Masters in Occupational Therapy preferred
Current, active Occupational Therapist license within state of practice (Texas)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay rate starts at $83K but can be significantly higher based on years of experience and education
