• Beeper call -- 30-minute response time, 1:1 call ratio
• 8 patients per shift; ~2 phone consults per 24 hours
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Adult urology population -- pediatric and neonate not required
• Required: general urology, partial nephrectomies, intraoperative ultrasound
• Preferred: robotic surgery, nephrectomy, ureteroscopy, prostatectomy
• Ongoing coverage -- one week at a time
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
