JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ
  
• Board: BC or BE
  
• DEA: DEA required
  
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide full-spectrum electrophysiology services including pacemaker implants, ICD implants, loop recorder implants/explant, and ablations (AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER)
  
• Manage outpatient clinic seeing 16 patients per day and provide inpatient consults for 10-15 patients per day
  
• Collaborate with one assigned outpatient clinical team and one assigned inpatient APP
  
• Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and order entry
  
• Maintain Monday–Friday 8a–5p schedule with no call responsibilities
