Yard Worker

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a trucking yard or transportation environment.
• Ability to perform truck setup and prepare equipment for drivers.
• Knowledge of basic truck operations and yard procedures.
• Experience moving, organizing, and inspecting trucks and trailers in the yard.
• Ability to identify and report equipment issues or damages.
• Russian language proficiency preferred; English communication skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform truck setup according to company standards.
• Ensure trucks are clean, fueled, and ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate equipment movement within the yard.
• Conduct basic inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain yard organization and safety standards.
• Assist drivers and operations staff as needed.
