Roofing Field Sales Representative

Compensation: $100,000–$350,000 per year

PCS Residential is hiring a Sales Representative to support continued growth in the Twin Cities Metro area.

This is a field-based sales role focused on roofing, siding, windows, exterior restoration, and homeowner relationships. You will spend most of your time in the field generating opportunities, knocking doors, inspecting properties, and helping homeowners understand their options.

A major advantage of this opportunity is that PCS offers more than roofing. Representatives can sell roofing, siding, and windows, creating more ways to help homeowners and more opportunities to build a strong pipeline year-round.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is competitive, coachable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to knock doors consistently. PCS provides training, sales tools, estimating support, project management support, and backend support so representatives can stay focused on building trust with homeowners and closing business.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about roofing, siding, windows, and exterior restoration needs
• Inspect properties for storm-related or exterior damage
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and available solutions
• Generate opportunities across roofing, siding, and window projects
• Track sales activity, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Attend morning meetings, weekly training, and field check-ins
• Work closely with internal support teams for estimating, project management, production, and customer service
• Maintain consistent field activity and follow through on assigned goals
• Represent PCS professionally in the Twin Cities market

What We’re Looking For

• Outside sales, door-to-door sales, roofing, restoration, windows, siding, or home improvement experience preferred
• Comfortable knocking doors and speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Comfortable working outside and spending most of the day in the field
• Comfortable inspecting roofs or working around roof-related claims
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable vehicle required
