Beverage Manager needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Galveston area. The right candidates needs to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. Additionally, like to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to grow and manage beverage sales and inventory.

Experience:

• 3 years minimum Restaurant Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or Club Manager Experience
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to capture a patronage
• Adept working understanding of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
• Servant leader mentality
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus
• 5-10$ million in annual revenue
