Caseworker

Work with people with disabilities who live independently in their own apartments in the community.  Provide mentorship, teach independent living skills, assist with medical appointments, assist with paperwork,  promote independence and provide social activities.  No personal cares.  Mostly 9 to 5 Monday to Friday but some flexibility.   Join a growing company focused on making people's lives better.
