Job Title: Tool & Die Maker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain stamping dies and tooling used in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality tool performance and support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain stamping dies and tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics
• Set up and operate machining equipment (CNC, lathes, milling machines, grinders)
• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling and equipment issues
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

• Experience in toolmaking and die maintenance
• Strong machining and blueprint reading skills
• Hands-on experience with CNC and conventional machines
• Good problem-solving and precision measurement skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

Preferred:

• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification (or equivalent experience)
• Background in automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
