New construction superintendent

We are a new manufactured home dealer and installer with three sales lots in Florida. We are currently opening a fourth sales lot in Okeechobee. We currently have over 20 homes in various stages of construction in the Okeechobee, FL area. We are looking to hire an experienced new home superintendent to manage the jobs in and around Okeechobee. You must be experienced with new home construction or manuactured home installations with a history of managing multiple jobs at once. You should be very good with customer communication and service. You must be organized, straight forward (honest) and dependable. We care about doing a great job for our customers. If you take pride in being a great supervisor and/or superintendent then this is the job for you. We provide a new company truck, fuel card, cell phone, and paid holidays. We work Monday through Friday.
