Caregiver Needed

About who needs care: 1) Congestive heart failure ( limited physical activity 2) Swallowing issues so all meals are chopped and mixed into a thick liquid or puree. 3) Short term memory loss and a bit of dementia 4) hearing loss and not willing to wear hearing aids. Does ok hearing when person is in his sight and he can supplement with lip-reading About the care needs: Quiet, rather than a gregarious person Patient - need to repeat and re-orient person frequently Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
