Inventory Coordinator - 1st Shift
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Hours: 6:30AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to join our reputable client in Waukesha, Wisconsin!

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for managing inventory and ensuring seamless operations? This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is eager to grow with a dedicated team.

Required Skills:

• Strong computer, math, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Experience working with inventory management software
• Proven time management skills and the ability to work without constant supervision
• Ability to work well with cross-departmental teams

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience in Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving
• Forklift operation skills (training available)
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to inventory or warehouse management are a plus
• Prior experience in inventory management or small manufacturing/assembly environments is preferred
