Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
(Some weekends required, must be flexible and available to be on call as needed)
Data Center Rack Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Move, install and relocate server racks and data center equipment
- Assist with rack assembly, cable management and equipment staging.
- Follow all safety procedures and client requirements.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Lift, push and pull heavy equipment throughout the shift.
Data Center Rack Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be flexible with scheduling and available for overtime, weekends and on-call assignments.
- Ability 75lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Composite toe boots are required
- Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
- Previous warehouse, construction, moving, installation, or date center experience a plus
- Ability to work in a professional data center environment
