Pay: $17.00 per Hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Location: Greenwood, IN (On-site)

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Shipper/Packer for our manufacturing client to start 06/09/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials to fulfill customer sales orders
• Package and prepare parts for shipment with accuracy and quality standards
• Verify shipment contents and packaging prior to shipment
• Store incoming finished goods into inventory and retrieve parts as needed
• Complete inventory cycle counts and assist with receiving duties

Qualifications

• Previous packing and shipping experience required
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• High School Diploma or GED required (proof upon hire)
• Valid Driver’s License required

Skills

• Strong attention to shipment accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Inventory verification and order fulfillment support
• Comfortable assisting in multiple areas as needed
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
