We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support product safety, compliance, and documentation activities for a Long-term Contract position based in Roseville, Minnesota. This role focuses on helping ensure products meet applicable regulatory and labeling requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external testing partners. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth reviews of products to confirm alignment with applicable safety, compliance, and labeling standards.
• Partner with external laboratories to schedule and track recurring product safety testing for active items, then evaluate findings and escalate issues as needed.
• Organize and maintain compliance records, including regulatory references, internal procedures, technical assessments, test documentation, and certificates.
• Track updates to relevant regulations and industry standards and revise supporting documentation to reflect current requirements.
• Manage files related to supplier audits, certifications, administrative records, and production compliance materials.
• Collaborate with quality and cross-functional teams to prepare required product certificates and supporting compliance documents.
• Support the development and rollout of internal policies, procedures, and training materials related to regulatory compliance.
• Assist leadership with additional compliance and logistics-related tasks as business needs evolve.• 2–5 years of experience in consumer product safety, compliance, logistics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and EU consumer product safety requirements and labeling expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail when handling documentation and deadline-driven work.
• Proven ability to balance multiple urgent priorities and make sound decisions independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and comfort working with logistics or compliance data.
• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, distribution, or vendor coordination activities is preferred.
