We are hiring dependable General Production Workers to support hands‑on assembly and inspection tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role involves using hand and power tools while following work instructions and quality standards as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect products and components
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Follow basic assembly instructions and drawings
• Measure parts using basic measuring tools
• Meet production goals on an assembly line
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Lift and move parts as needed

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of production or general labor experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with standing, repetitive motion, and regular tool use. Closed‑toe shoes and work‑appropriate clothing are required.

3rd Shift: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Mon-Thurs (OT on Fridays)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
