Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. The Bank Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, coach and develop team members, strengthen customer relationships, and help the branch achieve financial goals. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows, strong service delivery, and adherence to internal policies.
- Lead, coach, and support branch staff to improve performance, customer engagement, and sales results.
- Drive sales of banking products and services while identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, audit standards, and operational controls.
- Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships to support retention and business growth.
- Manage branch financial performance, reporting, goals, and key operational metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $72,000 to $75,000 per year.
