Now Hiring: Assembler / Fabricator / Saw Operator Washington, PA

Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a skilled **Assembler / Fabricator / Saw Operator** for a manufacturing facility in the Washington, PA area. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Operate saws to cut aluminum and other materials according to specifications.
* Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
* Assemble components using hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment.
* Operate equipment such as press brakes and other production machinery as needed.
* Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and maintain accuracy.
* Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or saw operation required.
* Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
* Experience working with aluminum fabrication processes preferred.
* Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Proficient with hand tools and shop equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

* Full-Time
* Monday through Friday
* 8-Hour Shifts
* In-Person Position

Pay:

* Competitive pay based on experience
