Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and shipped while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or logistics experience, strong organizational skills, experience working with inventory systems, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
- Load and unload outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activity involving approximately 8-10 truck deliveries per day.
- Put away materials into designated warehouse locations using established inventory procedures.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or production use.
- Utilize RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
- Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Assist with increased shipment volumes during peak periods, including international shipments and customs-related activities.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including sit-down forklifts.
- Transport materials between facilities using company vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling.
- Basic computer proficiency, including: Email, Calendar management, General computer navigation
- Experience using RF scanners or inventory tracking systems.
- Ability and willingness to operate a sit-down forklift.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
