Delivery Driver Helper

Rightstone is looking for a Delivery Driver Helper in Hartland, WI. The pay rate is $21.50/hr for a 1-month summer contract with a consistent Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule and strong potential for extension.

In this role, you will be the muscle and the customer-facing partner for a premier North American beverage distributor. Riding along with a professional delivery driver, you will be a key person responsible for safely unloading and staging products at local retail stores, restaurants, and hospitality accounts. This is an ideal position for a physically active, customer-service-oriented professional who loves moving, working out in the field, and enjoying every single Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off.

What you will do:

• Assist the commercial delivery driver in transporting and unloading beverage orders safely at local retail and hospitality accounts.
• Manually unload delivery trucks, maneuvering heavy inventory onto two-wheel hand trucks and dollies to navigate customer storefronts.
• Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with retail store managers and staff during daily route stops.
• Utilize mobile technology and handheld delivery devices to log inventory receipts and verify order accuracy with clients.
• Safely climb in and out of delivery of commercial trucks throughout a high-volume, 10-hour daily route.
• Adhere strictly to all team safety procedures and product handling standards to eliminate damage and ensure workspace safety.

What we are looking for:

• A dependable professional who is fully committed to an early morning, 4-day schedule (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday).
• Previous experience in delivery assistance, professional moving, warehouse operations, or route logistics is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina to lift and handle 45–65 lbs regularly (average case weight) and occasionally lift up to 160 lbs (keg handling).
• Ability to comfortably push, pull, and balance multi-case orders on a standard two-wheel manual hand truck.
• Excellent verbal communication, customer service skills, and a high level of professional judgment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; must be able to understand and follow verbal and written English safety instructions.

This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period.
