Prior experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Rehab

At least 6 months to 1 year of LPN experience (LTC, sub-acute, or similar)

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong medication administration skills

• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered

• Familiarity with EMR charting systems

• Experience working with geriatric or dementia populations

• Ability to assist with wound care, treatments, and supervision of CNAs

• Administering medications and treatments

• Providing hands-on care and support with daily nursing tasks

• Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes

• Ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent documentation

• Collaborating closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
