Job Description
We are urgently hiring Warehouse Associates to join a leading national tire distribution company at our growing facility in Boardman, OR. Key Responsibilities- Stack, organize, and prepare tires for shipment.
- Work on the production/assembly line to meet daily goals efficiently.
- Count and verify inventory to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect tires and components to maintain quality standards.
- Follow work orders and instructions carefully.
- Use hand tools to assemble and wrap tires onto rims.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in counting and inspection.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment.
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Background in construction or other physically demanding roles is a plus.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boardman, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
