Pay: $20–$24/hour
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily shop operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves handling large parts, managing inventory, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Build crates and package products according to daily shipping orders
- Accurately locate and pull inventory using inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and other material handling tools
- Measure and verify quantities and part sizes to ensure order accuracy
- Wrap and stage orders for outbound shipments
- Restock materials manually or with equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of completed orders and inventory
- Follow all safety guidelines and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 1–2+ years of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Forklift experience required
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools for crating/packaging
- Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory tasks
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Fast-paced manufacturing/shop environment requiring physical activity and attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
