Staff Pharmacist in Saint Hilaire, MN

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their team with a goal to transition from contract to permanent employment. This role offers the opportunity to provide excellent patient care within a supportive environment.

Location:

• Saint Hilaire, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage inventory and maintain records according to company and regulatory standards
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting retail team operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Current, clear, and active Minnesota pharmacist license
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Dependable and committed to long-term employment
