Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract role spans from August 2026 to May 2027 and offers the chance to work across two districts near Wilber, NE. You’ll play a crucial role by providing comprehensive evaluations—approximately 50-60 per school—helping shape educational and social-emotional outcomes for children of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing evaluation reports
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), IEP processes, and special education law
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and students
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple caseloads efficiently
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete 50-60 psychoeducational evaluations per school at two district locations
  • Participate as a valued member of IEP teams and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Interpret assessment results and make data-driven recommendations for interventions and services
  • Support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional growth through consultation and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and meet required deadlines
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families to promote best practices in student support
