RMS-Administrator/First Shift
Pay: $18.20/hour
Shift: First Shift (6:30am - 3pm)
Location: Greenwood, IN (800 Commerce Parkway West Dr Suite C, Greenwood, IN 46143)

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a RMS Administrator (1st Shift) for our TA Services, Inc. logistics and warehouse client to start 06/22/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Pay is $18.20/hour (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot WMS and RMS system operations
• Keep inventory/order/workflow tracking accurate in system platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, delivery documentation)
• Generate inventory accuracy and warehouse performance reports

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain experience (preferred)
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

Skills

• Inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation
• Shipping documentation accuracy (BOLs, packing slips, delivery docs)
• Reporting & analytics (inventory accuracy, KPIs, order volume)
• Data integrity and workflow tracking
• Clear verbal and written communication
