Compensation: $29.32 – $36.65/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join its Radiology team. Under the direction of the Radiologists and supervision of the Director of Radiology, the Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment serving patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric populations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
  • Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Provide compassionate patient care and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
  • Work with neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EMR system.
  • Follow radiation safety standards and infection control procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with cross-training opportunities in additional imaging modalities as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and report operational concerns when necessary.


Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA)-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography (R).
  • Experience or training working with patients across all age groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred

  • ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Experience with Meditech Health Information System.
  • Cross-modality imaging experience.
