Food Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Milaca, MN

Shift Options & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $17/hour
• 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM | $18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (overtime may be available)

About the Role

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production team. This role is ideal for someone who works well with others, follows directions carefully, and maintains a positive attitude throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare tools, equipment, and workstations at the start of each shift
• Operate or assist with production machinery to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain quality standards and report product or equipment issues immediately
• Handle food products in a cold environment
• Stay active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures at all times

 

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
