Job Description
Pay: Starting pay of $14.75/hr
Schedule: 5 days a week with weekends
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Location: Shawnee, OK (Onsite)
What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you’ll play an important role in the
manufacturing process at a copper tubing facility. This position focuses on
supporting production lines, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality
in a fast-paced environment.
- Feed materials into machines and monitor production for issues or jams
- Measure products and record production data (quantities, dimensions, etc.)
- Load/unload materials and assist with machine setup or adjustments as needed
- Rotate between stations and support overall production flow
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Basic understanding of measurements (length, weight, etc.)
- Ability to work long hours in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.75 - $14.75/hr.
