Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate press brake equipment safely and according to quality requirements
- Bend metal parts up to 144 inches using approved setups
- Perform basic machine setups using blueprints and bend simulations
- Read and interprete drawings to ensure accurate part production
- Record material movement and production data in EPICOR
- Work with Leads and supervisors to resolve setup or production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Skills
- Press brake operation
- Blueprint reading
- Sheet metal fabrication

- Troubleshooting
- CNC fundamentals
- Quality inspection
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Press Brake experience
- CNC experience (required for advanced roles)
- Knowledge of metal properties and inspection standards
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
