Hybrid Child & Family Behavioral Health Clinician (LMSW/LCSW) 80% Remote
Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid – 1 Day Onsite, 4 Days Remote)
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation:
• LMSW: $70,000 - $80,000 annually + Benefits
• LCSW: $80,000 - $100,000 annually + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments using evidence-based screening tools
• Provide therapeutic interventions including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Activation
• Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Participate in case reviews and collaborative care meetings
• Coordinate care and monitor patient progress through ongoing treatment planning
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Engage underserved populations through outreach and care coordination
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
✔ Active NY State LMSW or LCSW License
✔ Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
✔ Bilingual Spanish Required
✔ Experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments
✔ Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
✔ Ability to utilize behavioral health screening and assessment tools
Must be enrolled in NY state Medicaid & Medicare both. (LCSW)
