Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Prior experience working in school-based settings
  • Strong background with PreK–8 student populations
  • Immediate availability for July ESY session
  • Commitment to evidence-based, ethical practice

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized interventions
  • Collaborate with teaching teams and parents
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to staff
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
