Packaging Operators

Location: Lookout Valley
Shifts Available:

• 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)

• 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Mon–Thurs)

Pay range: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Position Summary:

The Packaging Technician I supports packaging operations by ensuring materials are available, maintaining quality standards, and performing cleaning and basic upkeep in compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply packaging materials (bottles, labels, caps) and bulk product as needed

• Monitor product quality and reject non-conforming materials per FDA/cGMP standards

• Document and verify proper fill levels according to product specifications

• Follow SOPs, SPI guidelines, and all required procedures

• Perform basic equipment upkeep and request maintenance assistance when needed

• Assist with changeovers and support maintenance activities

• Clean equipment and maintain sanitation standards per company procedures

• Complete required documentation to confirm proper cleaning and processes

• Maintain a safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions

• Participate in required training to maintain FDA and cGMP compliance

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

  • Reliable attendance and professionalism

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation (location is not on a bus line)

• Must wear steel toe shoes

• Must be able to remove all jewelry and facial piercings while on the production floor

Note: Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
