Job Description
CONTRACT POSITION IN BLANDING, UTAH - The Inventory & Logistics Assistant for a medical response flight team is responsible for maintaining full readiness of aircraft parts, tools, and operational supplies by managing inventory levels, purchasing needed items, and ensuring all materials are organized, stocked, and pre-staged for maintenance activities. This role works closely with mechanics and flight operations to anticipate upcoming repair needs, reduce downtime through proactive preparation, and ensure timely availability of critical components. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where accuracy and reliability directly support emergency medical flight operations.
• Experience in inventory control, stockroom support, logistics coordination, or a similar materials management role.• Working knowledge of inventory tracking, asset control, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and generate clear inventory reports for operational planning.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and operations personnel.
• Familiarity with inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and audit support activities.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and spreadsheets used for inventory documentation and reporting.
