Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process medication orders using Cerner Med Manager.
• Manage medication dispensing and ensure safe inventory control with Pyxis automation.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care to inpatient hospital patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication therapies and support patient outcomes.
• Work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 7pm) with additional weekday shifts (7am to 10pm) as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with Cerner Med Manager for order entry.
• Skilled in the use of Pyxis automation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Schedule:

• Weekend shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 7pm.
• Occasional weekday shifts, 7am to 10pm.
