Locums Hematology and Oncology Physician in Martinsville, Virginia - Four Day Schedule
This outpatient-focused hematology and oncology assignment offers a four-day clinic schedule with light phone-only call and no admissions, creating a predictable long-term practice opportunity.
Practice & Cases
- Adult outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Manage approximately 12-15 patients per day
- No admissions required
- Supported by established physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and administrative staff
Schedule
- Four clinic shifts per week
- 8-10 hour clinic days based on patient volume
- Long-term coverage opportunity
- Light beeper call for established patients only
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Active Virginia license required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- ABLS, ACLS, and BLS required
Logistics
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are available
- Apartment housing may be available for assigned coverage
