You'll guide customers through flooring options, support them through the design process, and coordinate installations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Support

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate flooring products and solutions
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and differences between flooring lines
• Lead customers through the design and selection process with confidence and clarity
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high-volume and difficult situations
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all customer interactions

Showroom & Project Coordination

• Keep the showroom, sampling areas, and design spaces clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support product presentation standards that enhance the customer experience

• Oversee installation timelines and ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding expectations and updates

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of flooring sales experience - required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
• Experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident, professional communication style
• Ability to stay composed and reliable during busy or challenging moments
