Full-Time Production Machine Operator – Rubber Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

• Operate production and manufacturing machinery

• Perform painting, assembly, and general shop labor

• Handle industrial materials, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

• Maintain an organized, detail‑driven workflow

• Stay focused and attentive to task accuracy and safety

Must‑Haves

• Previous experience operating manufacturing/production machinery

• Required: Experience in rubber or plastics production

• Strong desire to learn and grow your skillset

• Dependable work ethic and team‑oriented mindset

• Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
