Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license
  • Experience (or strong interest) in school-based OT, including PreK–12th
  • Familiarity with fine and gross motor skill interventions
  • Comfort with teletherapy and in-person therapy sessions
  • Background in home health or broad healthcare OT settings a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized plans to address student IEP goals
  • Implement interventions that enhance functional independence and learning
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Assist with transition planning and support across grade levels
