LSS - Floor/ Warehouse Associate

Pay: $19.75/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Location: 800 Commerce Parkway West Dr Suite D, Greenwood, IN 46143

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a LSS - Floor/ Warehouse Associate for our TA Services, Inc. client to start 06/22/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment on the warehouse/production floor
• Unpack, repack, palletize, and stage materials per procedures
• Inspect items for defects/damages and verify labels, routing cards, and part numbers
• Perform routine CILT checks (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) on equipment/workstations
• Follow OSHA safety rules, use proper PPE, and maintain 5S/housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, repacking, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with forklift, crane, manipulator arm, or material handling equipment preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50+ pounds routinely
• Strong attention to detail for matching part numbers, routing cards, and labels accurately
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Material handling equipment operation (pneumatic/mechanical/robotic manipulator arms)
• Inventory accuracy and inventory handling
• Loading/unloading, sorting, and shipping preparation
• Quality assurance through inspection and packaging/label verification
• Warehouse safety and compliance (OSHA, PPE, safe work practices)
