Position Overview
The Carpenter will be responsible for supporting commercial remodel and construction projects, including work within active financial
institutions. This role involves both shop preparation and on-site installation, requiring precision, professionalism, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work on commercial remodel and construction projects
- Assist with building and installing structures, fixtures, and finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Travel to job sites for project work and installations
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and job site protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience required. Residential or Commercial.
- Experience in commercial construction or remodeling preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
Travel Requirements & Benefits
- Weekly overnight travel Monday through Thursday
- Projects located in Iowa and surrounding states (regional travel only)
- Enjoy 3-day weekends every week
- Mileage reimbursement provided

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
